7th-12th Grade Youth Activities

At St. Paul our 7th-12th Grade Youth Group meets every Sunday Evening from 6:30pm-8:00pm in the CFC. We play some games togethers and then break into small groups for Bible Study.

Throughout the year, the 7th-12th Graders also participate in various service projects, fellowship events, and other special activities.

7th-8th Grade Confirmation
Confirmation is offered on Sundays following the 3rd service (at about 11:30am). They meet each week for about one hour, where they learn about the 10 Commandments, The Apostles' Creed, and much more! If you are interested in participating in Confirmation, contact Pastor Lee at pastorlee@gvtc.com.

 High School Youth Discipleship Team
All High School Students are invited to participate in the High School Discipleship Team which meets one Sunday at month from 5:30pm-6:30pm. This group helps to plan upcoming youth events, participates in leadership roles in the church, and participates in a devotion on what it means to be a disciple of Christ. Our next meeting will be January 15.

Youth Praise Team
All 6th-12th Graders who enjoy singing are invited to participate in our Youth Praise Team. We meet one Tuesday a month from 7:30pm-8:30pm in the CFC to practice singing for a worship service. This month we will practice on January 10th and will perform at the one 9:15am service on January 15.

Sunday School
Sunday School is offered each Sunday from 9:15am-10:15am. The middle school classes (6th-8th grade) meet in the ACE Building and the High School (9th-12th) meets in the Youth Room in the CFC.

Current Small Group Bible Studies:
On Sunday Nights from 7:00pm-8:00pm, the 7th-12th grade breaks into small groups. Here is what they are currently studying:


High School: These youth are participating in a 6-week series called "When Christians Get It Wrong." In this series they are looking at what it means to be a genuine Christians and some of the tough topics that we face as Christians.

Middle School: The Middle School Youth are participating in a 4-week study called "I AM Getting to Know God." It looks into the way that God communicates with the people in the Bible and how God communicates with us today.
